We have found that speed in execution is as important as ever with great expectations from stakeholders and no room for mistakes. Regardless if the task is to build a new presence in a market, scaling down the activities or something in between. While complexity is growing and demands for compliance are getting higher and more complicated to meet, the real inhibitors for growth is time and available resources with the required knowledge.
